Recruiting Website

Rent One Careers

A career site designed to start the right conversations

Web Design · WordPress Development · Content Strategy

Project Overview

Rent One needed a recruiting experience that could do more than list open jobs. The site had to introduce the company, communicate what candidates could expect and help the right people picture a future with the team before beginning an application.

We designed the experience around the candidate journey. Culture and opportunity lead the story, job categories make exploration easier and clear application pathways reduce the friction between interest and action. The structure supports people arriving from many sources from a direct referral to a mobile job search and gives each visitor enough context to make an informed decision.

Employer Brand With Real Personality

The visual direction carries the energy of the consumer brand into a people-focused environment. Bold moments create momentum, while approachable imagery and straightforward language keep the experience genuine. The content avoids generic recruiting language in favor of practical information about roles, growth and what it feels like to work within the organization.

Responsive design was essential because many candidates explore and apply by phone. The WordPress foundation also makes culture stories, hiring priorities and recruiting content easier to evolve over time. The resulting site works as both a hiring tool and an employer-brand platform, designed to attract attention, answer questions and encourage qualified candidates to take the next step.
