Privacy policy

What this site collects, why and what happens to it. In short: very little, and never sold.

Who this covers

This policy applies to Paige Simon Design (“we”, “us”, “our”), a design studio based in St. Louis, Missouri and to this website.

What this site collects

  • Enquiry details you send. The contact form opens your own email application. It does not submit data to a server on this site. Whatever you choose to send arrives as an ordinary email: your name, business name, email address and whatever you write.
  • Email list sign-ups. If you subscribe, your email address is sent to Mailchimp, which stores it and delivers the mailings. You can unsubscribe from any email, which removes you from the list.
  • Server logs. This site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. That is normal web-server activity and is used to keep the site running and secure.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site.
  • No analytics or behavioural profiling scripts run on these pages.
  • Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

Third parties

Two services can receive data: Mailchimp (email list) and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser in order to deliver the font files.

How long information is kept

Project enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the work, typically the life of the project plus any records needed for tax purposes. Email list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Email paigewrightdesign@gmail.com and it will be handled promptly. You can unsubscribe from mailings at any time using the link in any email.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
